Resident Evil 5 sur PC est un jeu d'action/horreur dans lequel vous rejoignez Chris Redfield cette fois aux prises des victimes du virus T ayant frappé un village africain. Pendant le jeu, Chris rencontrera Sheva, une jeune femme qui l'aidera à venir à bout des nombreux ennemis. Mis en scène dans un environnement jusqu'alors inédit, le titre fait la part belle à l'action et à la coopération entre les deux protagonistes.
